Our Story
Cities in Nepal was conceived in 2023 by a group of passionate travelers, local guides, and digital specialists who recognized a critical gap in Nepal travel information. After extensive planning and development, we officially launched in 2025 to provide travelers with the depth, accuracy, and local perspective that was missing from other travel resources. While countless websites offered basic tourist information, few provided the comprehensive, authentic guidance that travelers truly needed to plan meaningful trips.
What started as a small project documenting Nepal's major cities has grown into a comprehensive travel resource covering over 45 cities, 1,200+ hotels, dozens of trekking routes, and countless cultural experiences. Our team has personally visited every destination we feature, conducting on-the-ground research to ensure accuracy and relevance.
